An embodied expertise, born from experience

An approach to the image born from reality,

in the service of presence and impact.

Marthe Kayossi

I deeply believe that one does not take theirplace par hasard.

We embody it.

My work is born from a professional journey demanding,

of significant life transitions,

and a belief: the image is a language strategic,

silent and powerful.

Marthe Kayossi

A corporate and entrepreneurial journey.

I have evolved over many years in environments

corporate demands, in contact with leaders, managers

and international organisations.

This experience has allowed me to understand one essential thing:

beyond skills, posture, presence, and image

play a crucial role in credibility and professional development.

It is at the crossroads of this corporate journey

and my entrepreneurial journey

the Incarnation Method® was born.

The birth of the embodiment method®

Why I created the Incarnation Method®.

I have seen too many competent women,

legitimate and committed,

not to be perceived at the level of their value.

Not for lack of skills,

but due to a lack of alignment between

what they were,

what they were doing,

and what they were planning.

The Incarnation Method® was born from this observation:

the image, the posture and the identity must move forward together

to allow a woman to fully embody her place.

Image décorative

My vision of the image.

The image is not an appearance.

She is not a mask.

It is not an injunction.

It is a language.

A visible extension of identity,

of posture and legitimacy.

My role is not to transform the femmes que j’accompagne,

but to help them become readable,

coherent and aligned,

in their professional life as personal.

For whom I commit

1

Women leaders, executives,

managers and entrepreneurs

wishing to strengthen their presence

and their impact.

2

Women in career transition

or personal,

in search of coherence, of clarity

and accuracy.

3

Businesses and organisations

wishing to develop

the posture and credibility

of their talents.

You don't take your place by forcing.

We take it by embodying it.

You want to work on your image

with depth, coherence and meaning?
